This is an excursion you will never forget!

A visit to Famagusta, the part which is occupied by the Turks as well as the part developed after 1974.
Visit the city of Famagusta within the Venetian walls. You can walk around the Market and visit the impressive Gothic Monument: The Cathedral of St. Nikolaos, 14th century, which is now a mosque. Outside the walls, we will visit the ancient kingdom of Salamina, one of the 11 kingdoms built by the Greeks in the 12th century, famous for its theatre and the gymnasium. Leaving Famagusta we pass by the Ghost City, and the abandoned hotels.
Stop at the beautiful beach with golden sand and turquoise waters of the Mediterranean Sea, you will have free time for swimming and rest.
Leaving Famagusta behind we continue to the ancient city of Salamis. According to tradition, the founder of Salamis was Teucer mentioned by Homer in his Iliad. According to tradition, the founder of Salamis, Teucer, son of Telamon, who could not return home after the Trojan war because he had failed to avenge his brother Ajax. Salamis was the largest city in Cyprus in the ancient times. Along the way we will enjoy a panoramic view of the infamous "ghost town" - an area of “Varosha”, the exclusion zone as a result of the tragic events in the history of Cyprus.
