Local excursion, Troodos Mountains - Kykko Monastery

Discover the ‘Green Heart’ of Cyprus, its picturesque villages, valleys and evergreen forests. Our first stop will be Platres a very famous mountain resort. Then passing by the highest point, Mount Olympus, we will visit the Tomb of Arch Bishop Makarios III and the Kykko Monastery, the famous and wealthiest monastery on the Island founded in 1092. After lunch at Pedhoulas village we will return to Paphos with a coffee break at Trimiklini village.
Note: Please cover your shoulder to the elbow and your legs to the knees inside the monastery.
